 Mother's Day , Sunday 14th March 2010 Skylon Restaurant, Grill and Bar are the perfect places to spoil your mum on Mother's Day. Situated in the heart of the Southbank, Skylon boasts floor to ceiling windows overlooking the River Thames. Executive Chef, Helena Puolakka, has created a special Sunday Mother's Day lunch menu in the restaurant which incorporates the very best British food and includes three wonderful roasts: for example, roast pork belly, broccoli and cream mustard sauce; roast leg of lamb, cauliflower cheese, rosemary sauce, and roast rib eye beef, carrots, spinach, cocotte potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, red wine sauce.
