He also did a stint in the Hilton Nagoya, Japan before starting as Head Pastry Chef in the Savoy under the watchful eye of Marcus Wareing. Renowned for exciting creations like sweet sushi, rose petal and lychee jelly, dragon fruit with vanilla infused rice, crispy chop stick, and cherry cake, Abel never fails to impress. Each month Abel adds a limited edition cake to his selection, these cakes can be ordered to go along side a celebratory dinner or picked up to enjoy at home.
